Yoga ashram is built on the bank of Varuna River in Varanasi. dream of building an ashram began to take shape,when contracting began on the Yoga ashram. Located near Varanasi Cantt Station, the Ashram is a lovely place for satay at Varanasi. Students from all over the world come to the Yoga ashram to study yoga, Ayurvedic massage, sanskrit language, Indian religion and Indian philosophy. People also come to receive Ayurvedic massage, treatments and consultations.
Yoga ashram has an outdoor platform for open-air practice and a courtyards for performances and ceremonies. The ashram also hosts special events, such as concerts of classical Indian music, performances of traditional, Indian dance, and religious and spiritual ceremonies.
Accommodation :
Ashram rooms retain the absolute simplicity of ashram living and yet are equipped with the necessary modern facilities. All rooms have attached, Western style bathrooms and many have hot, running water. All linens are provided. The ashram provides a clean, pure and sacred atmosphere.
Please note that the Ashram stay is basic. Some of our clients have even described their Ashram stay as a culture shock. Even though the rooms have all necessary facilities including beddings, blankets and attached baths, however, please do not expect a 5-star reception or welcome here. This is NOT a hotel and for most part you will have to find your way around; of course,Yoga team will always be only a simple phone call away.
